Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, you can return your order.

If you are not satisfied with the items you have received, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided the order meets the following conditions:

  1. The order includes all original parts, components, and packaging in the same condition as received.

  2. The product has been handled properly—damage due to careless handling is excluded.

  3. Items requiring hygiene measures must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.

  4. The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.

  5. We are entitled to charge the customer for return shipping costs.

  6. Once a return is received, it will be processed within 7 working days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the return conditions, follow these steps to initiate the return process:

Include the following information in your email:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return request
  • Photo of the product (in case of damage/defect)
  • Customer’s full name
  • Customer’s address

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.

Important: Never send the return to the sender's address. We will provide the correct return address upon request.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation Conditions

Right to Cancel

As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are typically processed immediately after they are placed.

You may request an order cancellation only if the order has not been processed within 4 hours of completion.

Once an order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible.

Since we cannot interrupt the shipping process once the order is in transit, refunds will not be issued upon receipt of the goods.

To request a cancellation, you must inform us via email at support@nolafashion.co.uk with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from your purchase.

The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders in Transit

As our products are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer and are beyond our control.

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

You may wait until the order arrives and then initiate a return following our return policy.

If you plan to return an item, you may inform us in advance about your intended cancellation.

To ensure a fast and smooth return process, we recommend providing a shipping confirmation once the return has been sent.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you excluding delivery costs (except additional costs incurred from choosing a premium delivery option instead of our standard free shipping).

Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date we receive both:

  1. Your withdrawal request
  2. The returned goods

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon. No additional fees will be charged for refunds.
